The WILO/Chamber of Commerce “Leading In Uncertain Times” series continued Tuesday morning with Clinton County Health Officer Dr. Steve Tharp.
“We do have testing in Clinton County and it’s going great guns,” said Tharp. “Since the middle of last week, we’ve been one of the highest testing sites in the state as far as the Optum testing program. We’re right at 135 patients each day that they’ve been open.”
