The WILO/Chamber of Commerce “Leading In Uncertain Times” series continued Tuesday morning with Clinton County Health Officer Dr. Steve Tharp.
“We have to balance the safety of our people with the other needs in the state,” said Tharp when asked about Governor Holcomb’s plan to reopen the state. “The changes that he’s made do suggest we will have more people get coronavirus in the next couple of months than we would if we continued our restrictions.”
