The WILO/Chamber of Commerce “Leading With 2020 Vision” series continued Thursday morning with Frankfort Redvelopment Commission Chairman and Frankfort Main Street President Joe Palmer.
“I think it’s going OK,” said Palmer. “Everybody has been a little nervous here lately especially the downtown businesses. We knew this was going to slow gradual increase. This is something we’ve never really dealt well throughout our history.”
