The WILO/Chamber of Commerce “Leading With 2020 Vision” series continued Tuesday morning with Clinton County Health Officer Dr. Steve Tharp.
“We are not moving in the right direction,” said Tharp. “This is a situation who everyone kind of looks at everyone else and says ‘whose dong what about this?’ The fact is that this is a very personal problem. The answer to this problem is what we ourselves do. We have direction. We have recommendations. It’s really up to us to tow the line individually.”
