The WILO/Chamber of Commerce “Leading With 2020 Vision” series continued Wednesday morning with Frankfort Main Street Executive Director Kim Stevens.
“It (Trick or Treat on the Square) is not going to look like as it has in the past (if we have it),” said Stevens. “We are trying to come up with something where we might be able to do so but it will not look like it has in the past. We have 4,500 to 5,000 people walking around and it’s extremely hard to social distance in that situation. We would not be able to do it that way.”
