The Lebanon Athletic Department announced that changes have been made for the baseball and softball games scheduled for tonight, Monday, May 13.
Following the cancellation of events on Tuesday due to the anticipated poor weather conditions and the lack of umpires available for the the faceoff between Danville and Lebanon High School on Wednesday, changes have been released today regarding the games for tonight.
According to the department, the Varsity baseball team will play a doubleheader at Memorial Park beginning at 5:30 p.m. Senior Night festivities and senior recognition will begin at 5:20 p.m. prior to the start of the game. The JV baseball team will play a doubleheader tonight at Danville with two 5-inning games beginning at 5:30 p.m. The bus for the JV team is scheduled to leave Lebanon at 3:30 p.m.
According to the department, the Varsity softball team will play a doubleheader at Lebanon Middle School on the turf field beginning at 5:30 p.m. Since the seniors were recognized last week for their Senior Night, there will not be any additional festivities. The JV softball team will play Kokomo tonight as scheduled at 6 p.m. on the grass field.
There will not be a baseball or softball game against Danville tomorrow, Tuesday, May 14 due to anticipated weather concerns.
