Boone County officials have confirmed the death of Lebanon City Councilman at-large Jeremy Lamar. His body was found in a cemetery northeast of Lebanon. His death is being investigated as a suicide and investigators do not suspect foul play.
Lamar had been a council member for 15 years, including a period as a council president.
