Lebanon FFA Chapter Seeks Judges For Upcoming Invitation Contests

The Lebanon FFA and Agriculture Education Program has announced its need for community members to register to be judges for upcoming contests in February.

The Chapter asked for community members to sign up to judge on Saturday, Feb. 15 for the FFA LDE Invitational that allows chapters from all over the state of Indiana to practice their skills for contest.

The registration table will open at 8 a.m. with a judges meeting commencing at 8:30 a.m. Contests are set to start at 9 a.m., and the Chapter is seeking to wrap-up the contests by 1 p.m. with some contests ending sooner due to entries.

The invitational will be held at Lebanon High School at 510 Tiger Way in Lebanon, and judges and participants should enter through the main entrance of the school.

Judges are needed for creed speaking, freshman and discovery, discovery demo, horticulture, plant and social science, discovery demo, food science and animal science, agribusiness management demo, ag mechanics and technology demo, animal science demo, food science demo, horticulture science and landscape management demo, natural resources demo, plant and soil science demo, discovery extemporaneous speaking, extemporaneous speaking, freshman extemporaneous speaking, discovery prepared public speaking, freshman and prepared public speaking, employability skills, leadership ambassador and ag sales presentation.
