Lebanon First Responders Conduct County-Wide Training

The Lebanon Police Department announced that Coombs Street between Pearl Street and Elm Street will be closed temporarily for a planned all-county training exercise today in Lebanon.

The training was expected to begin at 8 a.m. and end around noon, Friday, Oct. 20.

“Kindly plan your routes accordingly and stay tuned for updates,” Lebanon Police wrote. “Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.”

The training involves several agencies that comprise the Lebanon first responder team. The training has begun at Lebanon Co-Alliance at 400 Coombs St. in Lebanon.

“Please do not be alarmed as this is a staged and planned event,” Lebanon Fire wrote. “You should expect to see Police, fire, EMS and other command vehicles.”

Coombs Street is expected to be reopened today after the training concludes.
