Lebanon Police Chief Chad Morgan is proud to announce two promotions within the Investigations Division. Detective Jeff Nelson has been promoted to the rank of Detective Captain, and Detective Bryan Spencer has been promoted to Detective Lieutenant. Nelson is a 1999 IU graduate and graduated from Lebanon High School. He has been coaching basketball, baseball, or football at the youth and middle school levels for years. Lieutenant Spencer has been a member of Lebanon PD for 11 years and holds a degree in Business Management. As Detective Lieutenant, Spencer said his responsibilities would be to continue to work hand in hand with the other Detectives and assist them any way he can in solving cases for the city.
