Lebanon Parks and Recreation recently announced the winner of the blanket fort building contest hosted over winter break.
With nearly 20 submissions, the competition was fierce between those that elected to submit their blanket forts built between Dec. 15 and Jan. 8. The winner was chosen and will receive a prize for their efforts in constructing a marvelous blanket fort.
Families were encouraged to “gather the family and create an awesome blanket fort” and submit their creations to the Lebanon Parks and Recreation Department for a chance to win. The staff at the department reviewed the photos and chose the winner, who was announced on Jan. 11.
