Lebanon Police Respond To Domestic Disturbance Turned Fatal; One Injured, One Deceased

Lebanon Police Officers responded to a scene of a reported domestic disturbance to uncover two residents with severe injuries with one resident being pronounced deceased at the scene.

On Thursday, July 11 around 2:30 p.m., the Lebanon Police Department reportedly responded to a domestic disturbance report at an apartment in the 300 Block of West Main Street in Lebanon where arriving officers found a male and a female inside the apartment suffering from injuries.

Officers reported that responding personnel immediately provided first aid, and medical personnel were dispatched to the scene. The female, who the department has elected to not identify currently, was transported to an area hospital for medical treatment, but the male involved was pronounced deceased at the scene. The department stated that the male’s identity is being withheld currently as the officers attempt to notify his family.

The Lebanon Police Department released a statement regarding the incident, stating “the Lebanon Police Department believes this to be an isolated incident and there is no present danger to the public.”
