The Community Schools of Lebanon announced the Lebanon High School 2024 Spring Sports Award Recipients for “Student Athletes Achieving Excellence in Academics and Athletics.”
The school released the awards received by individuals in every spring sport, academic honors for athletes and placements in the Sagamore Conference.

GPA Breakdown For Spring Sports:
The Girls Track and Field team was awarded with the honor of the highest average GPA as the average has risen from 3.564 in 2023 to 3.741 in 2024. The Girls Tennis team was directly behind the track and field team with an average GPA of 3.601, followed by softball with 3.261, baseball with 3.212, boys golf with 3.194 and boys track and field with 3.162.

Lebanon placed highly amongst the Sagamore Conference standings, tying for first in the girls all-sports standings and barely missing out on first place in the boys all-sports standings.
For girls all-sports standings, Lebanon tied with Danville with 54 total points, followed by Western Boone with 51.5, Tri-West with 43, Crawfordsville with 41.5, Southmont with 32.5, North Montgomery with 29 and Frankfort with 19.
For boys all-sports standing, Lebanon fell short to Crawfordsville with 58 points compared to Lebanon’s 57.5, which was followed by Danville with 57, Tri-West with 48.5, North Montgomery with 38, Southmont with 36.5, Western Boone with 32.5 and Frankfort with 31.
