The Clinton County Community Foundation will be unavailable in July and August when the Lilly scholarship application opens. In order to promote the scholarship and answer questions about the application process, they are hosting a county wide information night for students in the class of 2026 and their parents to attend:
June 12 (Carroll)
June 17 (Howard)
Any county can attend a neighboring County if a better date is more convenient.
