Lisa Ferguson is celebrating 40 years of service with First Bank Midwest and its predecessor, The Farmers Bank.
Ferguson began her career with The Farmers Bank in 1986 while she was still completing high school. Over the past four decades, she has served in a variety of roles and developed relationships with customers, coworkers and members of the communities served by the bank.
Ferguson currently serves as a member of the First Bank Midwest Communications Department.
Members of the First Bank Midwest team recently celebrated Ferguson’s 40-year milestone with a lunch in recognition of her career and contributions to the organization.
The bank recognized Ferguson for her dedication and commitment to its customers, communities and fellow employees throughout her 40 years of service.
First Bank Midwest congratulated Ferguson on the milestone and thanked her for four decades of service.
