The Clinton County Family Literacy Program has announced the 2021 recipient of the Jack R. O’Neill Award for Outstanding Service to the Family Literacy Program. Robin L. Dahlgren will be formally announced Friday night at the Friends Annual meeting at 6:30 at the library. Robin became an ESL volunteer tutor for the Family Literacy Program in March of 2018. She is a Program Manager at Eli Lilly.
