Several local leaders will soon take a fact-finding trip while looking more closely at data centers. The group will be introduced to a rural community, much like Frankfort in culture and values. The trip will allow both county and city officials to get a firsthand look at a data center in operation and meet their local leadership to discuss and ask questions regarding the pros, cons and concerns they had regarding the project.
The desired outcome according to several planning to make the trip is to simply gather information and see with their own eyes and hear with their ears how a data center functions and operates.
