A local woman was charged with possession and dealing of methamphetamine after an investigation by the Frankfort Police Department Narcotics Division.
On Sunday, Oct. 22, Frankfort police officers responded to a call for service that led to the charges for Hannah Eubank, 23, and Eubanks was taken into custody, police say. The charges of dealing methamphetamine follow a month-long investigation that was launched by the Narcotics Division, and Eubank was charged with two counts of dealing methamphetamine as a result according to police.
Police reported that Eubanks received charges of two counts of dealing methamphetamine, level 4 felony, possession of methamphetamine, level 6 felony, possession of a narcotic drug, level 6 felony, unlawful possession of a syringe, level 6 felony, and theft, class A misdemeanor.
The case and investigation was reviewed by the Clinton County Prosecutor’s Office and official charges have been filed. officers report.
