Clinton County Central Dispatch has announced that Frankfort Water Works will have Main Street closed from Jefferson to Morrison until approximately noon Tuesday.
Central Dispatch has also announced that State Road 39 and County Road 700 North has been reopened after being closed for approximately an hour due to a traffic incident.
