McGraw Commits to IUK

Jake McGraw announced his commitment to Indiana University-Kokomo to continue his academic and athletic career.

“I’m happy to announce that I will be continuing my academic and athletic career at IUK,” McGraw said on X (formerly Twitter).

McGraw averaged 23.2 points, 7.9 rebounds, and 4.5 assists this year, leading Clinton Prairie in all categories.

“He’s an amazing talent, an amazing basketball player,” Chad Peckinpaugh said. “That came with the work that he put in on his own, in the offseason, as far as getting in the weight room and continuing to play. You don’t become a great player by just showing up and doing what’s expected of you during the season, he took that to heart. He was great for four years and we’re definitely going to miss him.”

McGraw finished as the all-time leading scorer in Clinton County history, amassing over 2000 career points.

He will go from a Gopher to a Cougar at IUK. The Cougars play in the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) in the River States Conference.

IUK finished second in the Conference in 2024-25 and finished the season with a record of 21-9.
