Michael Kallner, 76, Greentown, formerly of Frankfort, passed away, Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at Century Villa Nursing Home in Greentown. He was born on January 31, 1947, in Frankfort to Richard and Barbara (Baker) Kallner. He married Marcia Pedigo in March of 1964. She survives.
Michael was a 1964 graduate of Frankfort Senior High School. He worked for Oyler’s and then Johnson Melloh as a pipefitter until his retirement in 1993. Michael was a member of Frog Dog Streeter Car Club. He enjoyed playing video games like “Eve” and “Everquest”, and tabletop games like “Warhammer.” He was an avid reader, was artistic and enjoyed painting. He especially enjoyed painting the characters for his games. He was passionate about music and listened to all kinds of music. And he loved his family.
Along with his wife of 59 years, Michael is survived by his daughters, Jessica Kallner and Angie McDonald; brothers, Tom and Bill Kallner; grandchildren, Christina Everman, Travis Path, Billy Little and Katherine Kallner; and great grandchildren, Valerie, Alexis, Bo and Ben.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Charlie Kallner.
