MICHIGANTOWN, Ind. — The Small Group of Michigantown Christian Church is inviting local first responders to a community appreciation event titled “Blessing of the Badges,” scheduled for Tuesday, July 1, 2026, at 6 p.m. at the church.
The event is intended to honor personnel serving in emergency medical services, law enforcement, and fire departments with a home-cooked meal, musical tribute, personal stories, and an inspirational message of appreciation.
Each first responder and one guest will be served dinner as part of the program recognizing the contributions of local public safety professionals.
