Clinton County Highway Superintendent announced Tuesday morning that chip sealing starts today (Tuesday) o+n roads throughout the County. Michigantown Road will be closed part of today (Tuesday) and part of tomorrow (Wednesday) while it is being sealed. Please use alternate routes to avoid delays.
