Clinton County Central Dispatch is now reporting that State Road 28 West is now open after being closed for approximately an one-and-a-half due to a fatal accident. The road has been closed from County Road 200 West to the Clark Gas Station located at 1795 West State Road 28. WILO News will have more on this story as it unfolds.
