We the People of Carroll County has announced that the first-ever rodeo event will take place during the Carroll County 4-H fair on July 16 for children in the Carroll County community to experience an opportunity that they will never forget.
The organization has invited the community to experience a rodeo designed from children on July 16 at 6 p.m. at the Carroll County Fairgrounds in the tractor pull arena. The rodeo, titled “Mutton Busting Champion,” will task children in the Carroll County community to overtake a lamb through a rodeo-style competition.
The rodeo requires registrants to be 55 pounds or less between the ages of 3 to 10, and a waiver is required to be signed to participate. A $10 entry fee will also be required.
For more information, call or text 765-564-0280 for advanced signup, a copy of the rules, a waiver or questions.
The organization encouraged community members to register as soon as possible as only the first 75 participants will be accepted.
