Nancy Louise Obermiller Werner, 73, a former Frankfort resident, died September 26, 2023 at The Springs, Lafayette, Ind. She was born December 20, 1949 in Clinton County to Thomas William & Betty Louise (Cochran) Obermiller. She was formerly married to the late Scott Werner.
Nancy was a 1968 graduat
e of Frankfort High School. She was an LPN and had worked at the jail, in homecare, Clinton County Hospital and Wesley Manor. She was a member of the First Evangelical Presbyterian Church. Nancy enjoyed crocheting, watching TV, was a huge Colts and Purdue fan, loved animals and loved helping with special Olympics that Jennifer was involved in. She was a Rainbow girl and in Girl Scouts with her sister growing up. A former life guard, Nancy enjoyed being in the water and swimming until her health declined.
She is survived by her son: Brian Earl (Elke Reichow-Hetero Life Partner) Werner of Santa Cruz, CA, sister: Marilyn (Barry) Price of Frankfort, nieces and nephews: Becky (Kent) Unger of Frankfort, Eryn Price of Frankfort, Mathew (McKenzie Hoskins) Price of Frankfort, Sam (Taryn) Price of Log Angeles, CA, great niece and nephew: Heather Smith of Frankfort and Luke Unger of Vincennes, and great great nieces: Audrey & Abby of Frankfort. She was preceded in death by her parents and a daughter, Jennifer Werner on May 1, 2023.
