There was a buzz of activity on the Frankfort Square Friday Evening. Frankfort Main Street’s Santa Express was busy giving sightseers round trip rides from the Downtown Gazebo “terminal” at Memorial Park through the TPA Park lights and back.
The Square was alive with the of activity of children, visits with Santa Clause, the bustle of family and friends gathering at downtown Frankfort Restaurants, hot chocolate, music and the warmth of Christmas lights glowing in the chilled air.
Main Street Director Kim Stevens estimated almost 100 people took the Santa Express “train” from Downtown to the Park on Friday night alone.
