New Shoup’s Packaging Seen Publicly For First Time

The brand new food packaging design for two Shoup’s Country Foods products was seen publically for the first time today at the Rotary Club of Frankfort meeting at Arborwood.

Shoup’s Country Foods, Inc. is known for its meat products, Arborwood facilities, sauces, seasonings, Country Store and catering division.  Shoup’s caters for over 85,000 people annually from its newly expanded and renovated facility on 39 South in Frankfort.

Two new boxes showcasing the popular Pork Burger and Pulled Pork Products. Shoup’s has also had success with its new Pre-Cooked St. Louis Ribs. Heat and Eat for $15.99.

 

Cindy Shoup, caterer and member of the Rotary Club,  introduced the final design of new packaging that will likely appear soon in over 120 stores nationwide. The new box designs are for the popular Pulled Pork and Pork Burger products.  The new Boxes were one of a kind and were the only copy of the boxes in existence since the printer was in the process of fulfilling the order to start producing all the new boxes.   Pricing for the new boxes are not finalized but will be very soon.

Cindy Shoup also introduced the pre-cooked St. Louis Rib Product that is gaining traction priced at 15.99. The Rib Product is simply placed in the oven and heated enough to caramelize the sauce (10 minutes each side at 400 degrees).

The two prototype boxes were passed around the Rotary meeting as Cindy recapped the company’s involvement in the last seven Super Bowl football tournaments dating back to the Indianapolis Super Bowl held February 5, 2012.  Shoup’s catered seven Super Bowls to date:
