Cindy Loveless and Mike Downey and Karen Butcher put together the LIVE broadcast on Shine 99 from the Grand Opening of Nickel Plate Flats in Downtown Frankfort while Ken Hartman, Erick Dircks and Russ Kaspar took pictures, videos and recorded interviews to remember a special day for Downtown Frankfort and Clinton County.
7.2 Million Dollar multi-unit structure “Nickel Plate Flats” was open to the public for the first time Saturday June 9th.
