A large fire and explosion in the dust filter late Thursday night at Anderson Grain and Cob. No injuries were reported.
Shortly after 11;30 p.m., Delphi Fire and Camden Fire were dispatched to the scene. Heavy fire was being reported and evacuations were taking place. Flora Fire and Rockfield were requested for an additional ladder truck and tanker.
Delphi and Camden arrived and both had water on the fire via ladder trucks in a short amount of time. Due to the quick action of all departments, the fire was quickly contained by 1:30 a.m. Friday.
