Republic Services notified the city Monday afternoon that the landfill will be closed Tuesday, February 16. As a result, there will be no trash collection on Tuesday.
Frankfort Street Department will do a double trash collection on Wednesday, February 17, for residents in the southwest and northwest quadrants of the city. There will be no recycling collection on Wednesday, February 17.
