North Kelley Avenue Is Now Back Open

Clinton County Central Dispatch is reporting that North Kelley Avenue from East Clinton Street to East Walnut Street is back open.

Dispatch announced at about 9:30 a.m. Monday that the road would be closed for approximately four hours.
