The National Weather Service in Indianapolis has issued a Wind Advisory for all of central Indiana, including Clinton County, from 8 a.m. Saturday to 8 p.m. Saturday.
South winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected. Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
Besides Clinton, other affected areas are Bartholomew, Boone, Brown, Carroll, Clay, Daviess, Decatur, Delaware, Fountain, Greene, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Henry, Howard, Jackson, Jennings, Johnson, Knox, Lawrence, Madison, Marion, Martin, Monroe, Montgomery, Morgan, Owen, Parke, Putnam, Randolph, Rush, Shelby, Sullivan, Tippecanoe, Tipton, Vermillion, Vigo and Warren.
Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.
