The Ole Hickory Days Festival organizers have announced that they are in need of committee members to ensure that this year’s festival is able to occur for the Colfax community and the surrounding area.
Community members have been encouraged to consider joining the 62nd Ole Hickory Days Festival as a committee member to help ensure the festival can come to fruition. Interested community members may attend a meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 25 at 6 p.m. at the Perry Township Volunteer Fire Department in Colfax.
The organizers stated that without the help of committee members, this year’s festival set for Aug. 1 and Aug. 2 may have to be canceled.
