The One80 Recovery Resource Center held their ribbon cutting Thursday in Frankfort. Rich Reck is Chairman of the Board of Directors and say it has been three years in the making and certainly had some obstacles but were able to overcome them. Greg George is the Executive Director. They plan on having clients in the building in the next couple weeks. They have enough space at the moment for 16 men.
