Two individuals pleaded not guilty to a series of charges in Clinton Circuit Court Friday after being arrested Thursday in Clinton County for burglary/theft and drugs.
Clinton County Sheriff’s officials, with the help of the Indiana Department of Natural Resources and the Sheridan Police Department, arrested Steven R. Owens, born in 1991, and Jennifer E. Rose, born in 1981 at a residence on East State Road 28 in Clinton County.
Owens was charged with two counts of Burglary, both Level 5 Felonies; three counts of Theft, all Level 6 Felonies; Driving While Suspended, a Class A Misdemeanor; Criminal Mischief, a Class B Misdemeanor; and Possession of Paraphernalia, a Class C Misdemeanor.
Rose was charged with Burglary, a Level 5 Felony; Theft, a Class A Misdemeanor; Criminal Mischief, a Class B Misdemeanor; and Possession of Paraphernalia, a Class C Misdemeanor.
Trial date for the pair has been set for April 8.
