Pamela Kay Randolph, 79, of rural Frankfort, passed away March 30, 2026 at Howard Community Hospital, Kokomo, IN.  She was born August 20, 1946 in Frankfort, IN to Robert E. & Bette J. (Robley) Kirkwood.  She married William L. “Pete” Randolph on November 5, 1965 at the First Christian Church and he survives.

Pam was a 1964 graduate of Frankfort High School.  A homemaker, she also worked at Indiana Bell as a long distant telephone operator from 1964 – 1972.  She was a member of the Central Christian Church, Lebanon, IN.  Pam was a past deacon and president of Christian Women’s Fellowship, was on the membership committee and evangelism committee and was on the bereavement committee.

Pam is survived by her husband, Pete of rural Frankfort, children, Lee Kirkwood (Lucy) Randolph of Kirklin, Lori Lynn Culbertson of Kokomo, grandchildren, Clayton Douglas (Madyson) Randolph of Frankfort and Cassidy Rose (Brad) Thurber of Jamestown, OH and great-grandson, Asher Richard Thurber of Jamestown, OH.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and an infant brother, Kelly Robert Kirkwood.
