Parkview Health has been named to the Forbes 2026 list of America’s Best Employers by State, ranking No. 29 out of 75 companies in Indiana.
It’s the fifth consecutive year Parkview has made the Forbes list, improving its ranking from No. 32 in 2025. Parkview was one of 13 healthcare and social services companies highlighted on this year’s Indiana list, ranked with fellow Fort Wayne-headquartered companies Steel Dynamics (No. 36) and Fort Wayne Community Schools (No. 69).

Forbes and Statista selected America’s Best-In-State Employers 2026 through an independent survey from a vast sample of more than 245,000 U.S. employees working for companies employing at least 500 people, with around 2 million employer evaluations considered this year. The final score is based on two types of evaluations: personal evaluations given by employees themselves and public evaluations given by employees’ friends and family or members of the public who work in the same industry.
On top of competitive pay and strong benefits, Parkview offers an expansive suite of co-worker perks. Parkview continues to outperform benchmarks for employee turnover, maintaining a retention rate above 90% compared to a national healthcare average of approximately 86%. First-year retention rates also remain about 10 percentage points above the national average.
