Phil R. Parsons Jr., 63 of Fra
nkfort, died November 30, 2023 at home. He was born April 26, 1960 in Frankfort to Phil R. Parsons Sr. and Doris Ann (Gant) Parsons.
Phil attended Frankfort High School and was a lifelong Clinton County resident. He was a longtime roofer. Phil was a Nascar fan, especially Dale Earnhart, was an animal lover and enjoyed helping others. He was known as a very caring person and he loved his family.
He is survived by his sons: Zachary M. (Fiancé Yasmin) Parsons of Frankfort and Brandan Wessell of Crawfordsville, sisters: Annette Parsons (Mike Goldsberry) of Manson and Gail (Les) Hendren of Michigantown and 2 nieces. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Gary Gant Sr., nephew, Gary Gant Jr and niece, Michelle Gant.
Funeral Services:
Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Tuesday, December 5, 2023 at Goodwin Funeral Home, 200 S. Main St., Frankfort. Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, December 6th at the funeral home. Burial will be in Green Lawn Memorial Park. Memorial donations may be made to Goodwin Funeral Home, to assist the family with services.
