Weather permitting, Frankfort Street Department crews will close the stretch of Burlington Avenue from Green Street to Washington Avenue tomorrow, Tuesday, March 27, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to allow Frankfort City Light & Power crews to remove a large tree.Residents still will be able to get in and out of the Milky Way that day as it remains open for business.
