Clinton County Central Dispatch announced that the Clinton County Highway Department will have a temporary closure on County Road 950 West between State Road 38 and County Road 400 North today, Nov. 15.
Drivers are encouraged to seek an alternate route around the closure. No further information regarding an estimated time of reopening has been released.
