Clinton County Central Dispatch has announced that the portion of State Road 38 that was closed due to downed powerlines has been reopened.

electrical lines.
The Fire Department will have the road closed while awaiting utility services arrival.
Community members may utilize the detour of 200 East to avoid the area.
