Traffic Signals Working; Small Area Still Has Problems

Utility Service Board General Manager Todd Corrie said Thursday afternoon that all the traffic signals that were effected by the power outage during the mid-morning are now back working as they should. However, there is still a small part of the area that still has some work to be done.

Between 10 and 11 a.m., Clinton County Central Dispatch advised motorists to use caution at all intersections, Jackson Street to Columbia Street and Clinton Street to Armstrong Street, due to a major power outage in the south and west side of the city of Frankfort. Corrie said a tree fell and broke a pole on South Street.
