Pupper Plunge Hosted By Frankfort’s Unified Neighborhoods

Tammy Klecz Danner story contributor.
What a great way to bring in the new year, we at F.U.N. decided to take the true way to plunge into the New Year. So, yes we did a Pupper Plunge into a pool of cold water. WE had 10 people that braved the weather and took the Plunge with us. This was an event that we ask for donations for the animals at the Humane Society. We even had a dog that showed up to take the plunge , but I guess she was using her dog sense and decided no way. lol This was a great event and we are looking forward to doing this every year. So if you missed it this year that’s okay, we will see you next year. We had a great year of success with our events and working to Unify our Neighborhoods. We greatly appreciate the treats that was provided by C&R Catering , Our awesome Fire Department for taking the time to come and fill our pool, Josh Uittls for opening the courthouse to use for restrooms and changing of our clothes. Funky Junk for the use of their electricity and Main street provided the Hot chocolate. So stay tuned for more to come in 2019 and “BE THE CHANGE”

We also would like to announce that the bike Brandt Fuller donated was given to Tristan Howe, he was such a great sport and did the only back flip into the pool. We also had one young lady that did the bucket challenge. Again please join us in 2019 and “BE THE CHANGE” and help F.U.N. truly Unify our Neighborhoods.
