Participants will receive a blue ribbon pin and card. Proceeds will benefit the abused children of Clinton County.
In support of National Child Abuse Month, Quinton’s House will also be placing 100-plus signs around the county with messages and statistics regarding child abuse. Volunteers will be passing out cards to “like” us on Facebook. A Facebook contest will be their page with questions about the signs all over the county. First one to respond with the correct answer gets a prize.
There will also be a Pinwheel Planting again on the courthouse lawn on Thursday, April 4, at noon. Mayor Chris McBarnes will be speaking at the event as well as Pastor Pam Ditson-McCall. After the short speech and prayer, pinwheels will be planted.
