Randall “Randy” L. Beauchamp, 68, of Frankfort, passed away Sunday, January 28, 2024, at IU Health in Frankfort. He was born on November 30, 1955, in Frankfort to Lloyd and Sue (Peterson) Beauchamp.
Randy attended Frankfort Senior High School. He worked many different jobs over his time and was a jack of all trades, including working at the Frankfort Golf Course, C & C Cycle, body shop work and ran Checker’s go-kart course, Matthews Wire & Wood, and lastly Kayco. He was a member of the Orbitors RC flying club. He enjoyed playing online poker and video games, fishing, kayaking, putting back together his grandson’s Lego sets, go-kart racing, watching NASCAR, and playing his bass guitar. Above all he loved his family and making memories with his family, especially his grandkids.
He is survived by his son, Leif (Jamie) Beauchamp; a brother, Terry (Debbie) Beauchamp; sister-in-law, Susan Beauchamp; grandchildren, Jaxten Randall and Ryatt Lloyd; niece, Mandy; nephews, Austin and Kyle; and his bird/ companion since 1985, Rowdie.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Rodney Beauchamp.
Visitation will be held Friday, February 2, 2024, from 5pm until the time of the service at 7pm at Day & Genda Funeral Home in Frankfort. His cousin, Pastor Chuck Peterson will officiate.
