Regina K. Weathers, 70, of Frankfort, passed away peacefully in her home on Sunday, April 24, 2022.
She was born February 2, 1952, in Vevay, Indiana, the daughter of James Robert & Ruth Ann (Spinks) Ward, who both preceded her in death. In 1995, she married William E. Weathers.
Regina graduated from New Albany High School and received her Associate’s Degree from Indiana University-Kokomo. She and William owned and operated Over the Back Fence. She enjoyed spending time with her husband and family, antique shopping, going out to eat and crafting.
In addition to her husband, Regina is survived by her son, Roger (Cindy) Hawkins; daughter, Kim Hawkins; stepson, Bret (Cara) Weathers; stepdaughter-in-law, Lynn Weathers; grandson, Dee Rutherford; and sister, Pat (Michael) Kruer.
A Memorial Visitation will be Saturday, April 30, 2022, beginning at 1:00 p.m. until the beginning of the service at 3:00 p.m. at Genda Funeral Home in Frankfort. Michael Pitman will officiate. Online condolences may be left at www.gendafuneralhomes.com.
