NOTE: State Road 39 and County Road 800 North was reopened around 8 p.m. Thursday.
Clinton County Central Dispatch announced Thursday afternoon that units were still on scene of the accident this morning at State Road 39 and County Road 800 North. We have now had a second accident at that location.
Motorist are being asked to avoid the area. There are power lines down and fire personnel have closed Southbound 39 near Rossville High School. The intersection of State Road 39 and County Road 800 North is still completely closed.
