Clinton County Central Dispatch has announced that the Sewer Department has reopened the road on North Clay between East Morrison and East Jefferson. The road was originally going to be closed until 3 p.m. this afternoon.
In addition, Duke Energy will have County Road 250 North between County Road 1100 East and County Road 1200 East closed all day today (Thursday).
