Clinton County Central Dispatch has announced that on Monday, April 8, INDOT will begin working on State Road 28 (East Wabash Street in Frankfort). They will begin working at Hoke and Wabash to make repairs to wheelchair access on the sidewalks. The work will continue East on Wabash.
Near the end of the week, they will start with resurfacing from Wabash Street at Hot Dog continuing on State Road 28 East to State Road 29. There will be lane restrictions and flaggers during the resurfacing.
Motorists are asked to seek an alternate route.
